III Product usage:

Plug in a well grounded AC 220V power supply, turn on the power switch, and the power indicator light will turn on. At the same time, the red laser dot will light up (from 1 to 1.5). As long as the required drilling depth is adjusted, the gypsum model can be placed for drilling processing. Special attention: After placing the gypsum model on the workbench and laser locating the hole position, be sure to grasp the gypsum model and workbench together with both hands, press down at the same time until the drilling is completed, and then lift it up and reset together. Never let go halfway, otherwise the drill bit may break or the hole position may be inaccurate and oversized.

4 How to replace the laser head:

Unplug the power plug and open the bottom cover; Loosen the locking screw of the laser head, pull out the laser head, and be careful not to break the wires behind it (use the other hand to feed the wires inside); Cut off the wires connected behind the laser head. The wires are red and white, with the white wire cut 20mm shorter than the red wire. Insert them into heat shrink tubes and weld them with the new red and white wires of the laser head. Then heat the heat shrink tubes (either with a hair dryer or an open flame) to shrink and wrap them tightly; Send the wire in front and pull the wire behind. Insert the laser head vertically into the hole and tighten the pin screw; If there is a slight deviation when turning on the light, the workbench can be removed, and then the four motor fixing screws can be loosened (do not unscrew them). After adjusting the center, tighten the screws separately.

Five How to replace the drill bit:

Turn off the power and remove the rubber powder box. Use a high wrench to clamp the flat mouth at the root of the spindle, and a low wrench to clamp the flat mouth of the chuck housing. Loosen the thread to replace the drill bit. After checking the depth, use two wrenches to tighten it.
